How to Use This Food Tracker Printable

Fill in the date at the top right of the sheet in the “Week Of” section.

Under the “Meals Consumed” section for each day of the week, there is a “B”, “L”, “D”, & “S”. These are the sections where you will track your Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & a Snack.

The next section over allows you to track intake of up to 8 glasses of water per day, and has 8 water icons for you to circle or cross out as you drink.

This meal tracker template also allows you to track calories for each meal, as well as macros (protein, carbohydrates and fats) you may be tracking!
